In that case, a writer’s position here at Contentor might be right up your street.
Life as a writer
Being a writer or translator is all about mastering texts and languages. However, you have to have the ability to immerse yourself in a variety of industries and subjects. As a result, we expect you to be someone who’s drawn to the concept of continuous learning. It’s also ideal if you already have experience in working with texts for online marketing purposes.
In order to become a member of the ever-growing team of writers at Contentor, you have to undergo an evaluation process to make sure that your work matches the standards we set. As a writer at Contentor you work remotely and have clear-set deadlines.
As we aim to be the leading supplier of texts for e-commerce, we challenge and develop you as a writer or translator. We want to help you advance from good to the best. Consequentially, you can expect continuous feedback on your written texts. We only work with people who translate into their native language.
As a part of our constant strive for high-level production quality, all of our texts undergo rigorous proofreading. Moreover, as a writer at Contentor, you’ll be up-to-date with the latest guidelines for SEO and web texts.
Do you master more than one language?
If the answer is yes, you’re a viable candidate for a translating position. However, we only work with writers that translate to and from their mother tongue, so it’s mandatory that you’re born or raised in the country of the concerned language(s).
Are you creative, and passionate about well-written content?
If you’d like to put your creativity to the test and work as a writer, please send in an application. If we decide to continue with your application, as a part of the conditions of employment, we want you to undergo a knowledge-testing process.
NOTE: The knowledge test is in English as a large part of our internal dialogue is in English. This means that you have to be proficient in English if you’d like to work with us.
