We used AI on this site. Then we told you.

Some pages were translated with AI and reviewed by a human before publishing. Transparency is part of how we work, so holding ourselves to the same standard felt obvious.

How we create content

At Contentor, we work with language every day. For our clients, across industries, in dozens of languages. So when it came to building our own website, we wanted to be just as honest about how we did it.

AI as a starting point, humans as the finish line

Some pages on this site were translated with the help of AI. We made that choice deliberately and openly, because AI lets us move faster, and because we understand its limitations better than most.

Every AI-translated page goes through review by our team before we consider it final. A real person reads it, questions it, and where needed, rewrites it. Not to tick a box, but because the right words, in the right tone, still need a human eye.

This is exactly how we work with our clients. AI where it adds speed and scale. Human expertise where judgement, nuance and brand trust are on the line. Always reviewed, always accountable.

Why we are telling you this

We could have said nothing. Plenty of companies do. But transparency is part of how we work with our clients, and it felt wrong to hold ourselves to a lower standard on our own website.

If you find a page that does not read quite right, we would genuinely like to hear about it. It usually means our reviewers have not reached it yet.

What this means for working with us

Nothing about our approach to client work has changed. AI as the engine, people as the decision makers. Thoughtfully used, never as a shortcut. We have spent close to twenty years helping e-commerce brands tell their story across markets, and that is still the part we care about most.

Curious how this works for a full product catalogue across markets? Let's talk.
