Manual copy-paste for 30 languages? No thanks.

The development of Contentor Hub is driven by real customer conversations – not guesswork.

When BGA Group handles content in almost 30 languages at the same time, file management quickly turns into an administrative monster. That problem is now gone.

Here’s what reality looked like: BGA has a constant flow of content being translated into almost 30 languages. We delivered them as separate files. It worked – but managing 30 files for every single update is no small task. That’s time disappearing for no good reason.

Their internal systems work best with a single master file. So we asked ourselves: why not build exactly that?

New in Contentor Hub. You now choose the delivery format that fits your own workflow:

  1. Separate files – one file per language.
  2. Combined file – one master file with all languages side by side.

Whether you’re working with 2 languages or 30, the file structure should adapt to you – not the other way around. A huge thank you to BGA for the challenge. It’s exactly these kinds of conversations that make the Hub better.

Translation shouldn’t be an administrative jigsaw puzzle. It should just flow.
